On this page you can read who can write a review at ClipperShop, how we check reviews and what we do with them.
Who can write a review?
Only customers who bought the product in our online shop. You can write a review once your order has been delivered, up to a year after your order, and one review per product. That is why every review is marked "Verified purchase": it belongs to an order in our online shop.
How do we ask for a review?
Two days after your parcel has been delivered, you get one email asking you to review your products. If you have not reviewed everything after a week, one reminder follows at most. If you no longer want these emails, click the link at the bottom of the email or choose it in your account under "My reviews". You can also write a review there at any time.
In the same email we also ask you to review our shop on Google. That review is on Google and falls under Google's rules, not under this policy.
No reward
We give no discount, voucher, gift or any other reward for a review, not even for a positive one.
How do we check reviews?
We read every review before it goes online, and we publish positive and negative reviews. We never change the text of a review. We do not publish a review that:
- contains advertising or spam;
- is offensive, discriminatory or threatening;
- contains personal data of someone else;
- is not about the product;
- breaks the law.
The average and the number of reviews count every published review, in every language.
Replies and reports
We may reply under a review. If you think a review does not belong here, click "Report" and choose a reason. We look at every report. You need to be logged in to vote or report.
Your data
With your review we show your first name, the first letter of your last name, the date and your rating. We never show your email address or your order. To have a review removed, contact us. If your account is deleted at your request, your reviews go with it. More in our privacy policy.
