A question about your order, delivery, a return or a lighter? Our customer service helps you in the chat, in your own language. Most questions get an answer right away.

If nobody is available, leave your email address in the chat and we will reply by email as soon as possible.
Why is there no contact form anymore?
A message sent through the form waited until someone opened the mailbox, and then we often had to write back to ask for your order number or a detail.
The chat is faster. The assistant looks up your order, answers most questions itself and passes the rest on to our team with all the details. You never have to explain anything twice.
How it works
- Click the yellow button or “Ask your question” at the bottom right of every page.
- Ask your question in your own words. If you have an order number, add it.
- Get your answer right away in the chat, or by email if our team needs to check something.
Delivery
Order before 2 pm and your parcel leaves the same working day. In Belgium you usually have it the next working day.

Where is my parcel?
After shipping you receive an email with a link to track your parcel online. Can't find it? Ask in the chat with your order number.
When is my order shipped?
Order before 2 pm and your parcel leaves the same working day. We deliver to a DPD Parcelshop near you by default; home delivery is possible for a small extra charge.
How do I return something?
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Let us know in the chat and send the items back within 14 days to SmokerShop, Rue de Courtrai 33, 7740 Pecq. Return shipping costs are yours.
How can I pay?
In Belgium and the Netherlands you pay with Bancontact or Wero, through Mollie. In other countries through PayPal, with Visa or Mastercard without an account or with your PayPal account.
