Which storm lighter to choose?

The biggest difference is the number of flames. One jet flame makes a handy lighter for every day. Two, three or four flames side by side give a wider flame that lights a cigar faster and more evenly. A longer torch or one with a flexible neck is handy for candles, the barbecue or the kitchen. Check what matters to you as well: an adjustable flame, a child lock or a window that shows how much gas is left.

The brands

Silver Match is a French brand of storm lighters with one to four flames, for cigars too. Prof makes lighters for cigarettes, candles and gas stoves, including a small torch with a child lock. Champ High goes from a lighter with a flexible neck to a kitchen torch.

Refilling

Most lighters here are refillable with lighter gas. Gas refills are in the accessories.
